Does anyone know anything about these guys and want to comment? I may have an opportunity to work here. They are a fund of fund but the position I'd be interviewing for would do primary fof, secondaries, and co-investments. Do you think I would get an opportunity to do a lot more secondaries and co-investment deals or more primary fof work? Would a position like this set me up for anything greater (direct PE, VC, etc.)? Does anyone know what comp or bonus is like?

Would not recommend going to fof if your goal is the direct side. It is not an easy transition to make at all.
Don't really know any specifics about Pantheon, sorry.
Very good name in FoF industry, base should be 20%+ lower than direct PE at the same level, 60% to 100% bonus.
It's tough to make the jump from FoF to direct investing and most of the co-investing an FoF does is with funds where they're already an LP. The lifestyle, from people I know who work in the field, is a pretty good balance and it's probably a more stable life because your fund isn't going to have a bad go and have a tough fund raise (although I know the argument that FoF is declining in popularity and that institutional investors are looking to skip the FoF level and fees but I feel that's more in the hfund world).
