Partners Group Financial Analyst Program

Hi all, Partners Group recently opened up applications for an entry-level financial analyst rotational program (from what i understand is an initial 4-week training program followed by rotations within private equity, private debt, private real estate and private infrastructure, overall a 3.5 year program) Didn't find any previous threads on this so wanted to know whether anyone had an insights into this program or Partners Group, specifically what they're strong at, how's the culture, benefits/salary, structure of program and whether it's a good place to go. Preferably focused on Singapore, but open to insights from other parts of the world. I'm currently doing a summer IB internship at an MM and will be going to a BB for an off-cycle, with both places offering FT conversion, but if i could skip the sell-side and go straight to buy-side as a fresh grad, i would definitely take it. Thanks in advance!
