For comps, strong PCA groups get paid as much as Coverage, but I heard some buy-side shops have significantly lower bonus than traditional buyout

Fine. Pay is shit. Probably not a lot of upward mobility given how big they are already but they are one of the players that has massive scale so they’ll always be around.
Any insight on comp at asso level? how would you think about job stability at a place like this? thanks a lot
