Won't be that easy to move industries, especially if you're actually in REPE and looking to do tech... that is just about as far apart as you can go.
Can jump around in the LMM-UMM space in your industry or an adjacent one with relative ease. But industry switch will likely be a downgrade in firm

Probably difficult. TMT PE is very desirable and industrials is pretty different. I'm sure you will eventually land something in software but you can't be too picky
PE analyst programs are new enough that no one can conclusively answer this question since there aren’t enough exits yet - forge your own path
