I'm looking for some comps/anecdotal data points on how much equity was granted to your outside CEO hires for your portcos. If possible, I'm looking for comp, equity ownership, and the general size of the business (people,revenue,EBITDA, etc).
I've always seen between 5-10%, but curious if anyone has seen more/less.

In my experience (MM) 5-7% fully diluted was pretty typical

4-6% was pretty common, with 5-6% being much more common and 4% being the exception (in my experience).
