PE Bonus - Timeline
Does anyone know when PE bonuses get paid out for associates? Understand it is likely firm specific but is the general rule of thumb that first year associates get a stub at the end of the year (I.e for incoming associates in Dec)? Also, does anyone know how much delay firms have in paying out bonuses? For example in banking your bonus is for the whole calendar year (Jan - Dec) but it doesn’t get paid out till late Feb / early March. Does PE have a similar delay in paying out bonuses?
