Depends on a few factors. What is the latest fund size? What is the average deal size? And what is the % fee? Can't really tell without knowing the whole picture.

Seems in line cash comp wise. Can’t really speak to the sourcing fee and what that equates to though. Congrats!
What level? Geography? BD team size? Fund size? There are comp surveys floating around with BD data points, tends to depend on those factors. That sounds great though, if you don’t take it pls refer me. I know a few groups are hiring / just hired, wonder if it’s one of them haha.

My bad, completely missed VP in the title. Yeah that looks in-line / slightly above average for all-in comp, congrats. A 1.3bn fam office on the west coast... wonder if this is the one I interviewed with (in LA).
