PE case studies

Hi all,

I really want to warn you against a certain number of people on this forum who claim to have private equity case studies and ask to trade or pay for those case studies.

Be very careful before trading or paying anything and do not hesitate to ask them to send what they claim they have first as they do not hesitate to send case studies allegedly from a PE A, while it is a case study given in a firm B. Even worse, some case studies are sent with half of the information i.e. excel without the info memorandum needed to complete the excel etc, etc.

It is frankly disappointing to see that type of behaviour and I just wanted to share my experience.

Have a good weekend!
