I might start sniffing around the old school student debt funds. Student debt is effectively a negatively amortizing loan and so they probably need something to switch to. The ISA market is also too tiny to make a living out of that (PM me and I can give you figures for the current ISA market size - it's smaller than you think and Lambda is over 50% of it IIRC). I know that

These guys know a lot about the space. I went to an ISA conference of theirs last year that was extremely informative. I would shoot one of them an email and chat and see what you can dig up. Also let me know what you hear.
