PE Firm Focused on ISAs
Income Share Agreements (ISAs) are something I think are a very interesting concept. I was wondering if anybody knew of any PE shops that invested in these or something similar.

Are you talking about firms that invest in ISA underwriters or firms that buy the obligations of underwriters?
Should have been more clear, trying to find some funds that buy the actual IS agreements/obligations
I might start sniffing around the old school student debt funds. Student debt is effectively a negatively amortizing loan and so they probably need something to switch to. The ISA market is also too tiny to make a living out of that (PM me and I can give you figures for the current ISA market size - it's smaller than you think and Lambda is over 50% of it IIRC). These guys know a lot about the space. I went to an ISA conference of theirs last year that was extremely informative. I would shoot one of them an email and chat and see what you can dig up. Also let me know what you hear.
