Wondering if anyone has a refreshed list of PE firms in Austin? I know of Vista, Peak Rock, Haveli, Sapphire, and a few based elsewhere but have offices in Austin (Mainsail, TA, Serent). Any more? Emerging managers?

Know Parthenon has an office there and Trintum is a ~$1bn fund based in Austin. The largest firms in Austin are all tech investing in different flavors so not as ideal if not interested in tech. Vista is tech buyout. TA is growth equity across miniority and majority stakes. Haveli is a notable emerging manager (oversubscribed $4.5bn first fund) that is growth across debt, miniority, and majority stakes. Peak Rock is the largest Austin-based non-tech firm and they are value-based MM PE.
