PE in Middle America
Need new job but want to get a castle in middle America and buy gas stations. Any know good PE shops in Indianapolis or Iowa or Kansas. Would even consider Oklahoma. Just want to be somewhere where there isn’t a ferragamo store

Are owning gas stations as lucrative as they once were?
Solid side business. Used to be a cash cow from my understanding - know a family in Cali that owns ~50 gas stations and acquired most of them prior to 1990 (as a result, multi-generational wealth).
