PE London Perks?

Curious for London PE firms, do you usually get the same perks in IBD

i.e. £20 something dinner allowance and cab back home after 10, generous pensions etc.? or are the perks better or worse beyond your (cash, bonus, carry etc. direct comp)

At a $20bn+ Fund in London:

- Ubers every evening

- £30 dinner allowance

- 30 Basis points of carry at VP level

- Levered Co-invest with firm providing internal credit facility at 80% LTV

- Drinks expensed

- Yearly global off-site in the Hamptons

80% LTV? Meaning you lever your Investment by 1:4, e.g. 100k Equity Investment with 400k of Debt?

And what are the all-in financing costs? 100-150bps?
