My firm is doing training mid July to end of August and Patrick Curtis just posted on LinkedIn that PE recruiting would be in August this year. Given that we are expected to be present and interactive with training, what would be the best way to approach on cycle recruiting?

no, I think that was me telling my social team that "I wouldn't be surprised if it started in August" and that we should start mentioning our PE Interview Course NOW since that isn't a ton of time to prepare for those starting IB this summer. Even with potential virtual starts I could see PE firms going early this year since it actually can make it easier -- with training, etc being remote and kids not having to race around...
