PE Recruiting for MM/EB
Will join a MM/EB FT in the US (think Greenhill/Guggenheim) and am considering PE Recruiting, specifically aiming for UMM/MF. Based on an accelerated recruiting timeline and strong emphasis on group, will I be at a big disadvantage compared to other banking groups when recruiting? I come from a target school with a 3.7 GPA

My close friend actually lateraled from one to another mostly due to group and geo reason, for pe. It’s different than most people expect. Coming from top target will def help. Feel free to PM
