Currently work in LMM PE in the US and moving to Melbourne with my spouse next August; I am hoping to continue working in PE so trying to understand the lay of the land for recruiting and begin networking. Thanks in advance for the help!
What is the PE recruiting landscape in Australia? Is it all run through a few search firms and if so who? What is the typical timing for offers ahead of start dates?
Any other recommendations for recruiting in Melbourne?
For background, worked in MM IB in the US prior to PE and will have a visa through spouse.
