PE salary in Singapore / Hong Kong
In final round with a MM fund and I'm looking for salary range for PE senior associates in Singapore and Hong Kong for funds in the 1-5B AUM range. Conversations with friends in the industry indicate range to be about 250-400k SGD which is a wide range so I'm hoping to get more data points on this
Little different since most associates don’t leave for business school in this region.
Comp however tends to mirror US comp (Mm, MF etc) and is paid in dollars anyway.
Global funds are closer to 400 while regional funds tend to be lower and closer to 250. You will also likely have carry at SA level
