PE vs PC or...?

Hi all, so I've spent my two years as a monkey at a BB LF team, got offer now to MFPC (think Bx / Ares / HPS etc), should you make the jump or wait for PE / HF or even do a top MBA / masters if that's still a good investment? Appreciate any insight as to what's the best next step, outlook wise PC seems to have more upside, but seems PE has more flexibility and more stress?

Looking for better lifestyle and more interesting work, credit seem to get bit dull after some time...
