Performance Review - 2nd Year PE Analyst

Dear all

Would you all please let me have your inputs on how to improve my rating at my work?

Based on the review by seniors, I have been ranked low in the following areas: Critical Thinking & Analysis and Decision Making & Judgement.

Partners noted that I have a very strong communication skills with a good-team work and good proactivity.

How do I go about scoring better in the areas that I was rated low? Is it because I let the Associate present the analysis work that I did or I did not speak up enough. One of the comments was that I should speak up.

Regards and thanks in advance,

Fellow Chimp
