My experience is dated (~2 years ago), but yes it was a 2-3 hour in office model and a one page write up. Not sure how it may have changed with WFH now
Was it an LBO? Was it a number crunching exercise where speed is one of key factors?
Pretty standard LBO test, believe it may have included management options and purchase price adjustment mechanics

No, but worked with them on a transaction and I’d drop out of the process unless you want to hate yourself. I’m so sorry for whoever gets that job.
