Any thoughts on PIMCO private equity real estate group in London? Seems that they are raising their fourth global BRAVO (>$4 bn) fund and have a couple of other vehicles they invest for (including a hedge fund-like business).
Any hint on comp/culture and overall strenght of brand/team in PERE compared to other shops? Also impact of recent merge with Allianz CRE arm?
