Platform vs. Add-On Acquisitions
When you go on a fund's website, are the investments listed in their portfolio exclusively their platform companies? I suspect any add-on acquisitions are rolled up and are considered subsidiaries and thus wouldn't be displayed as a separate investment. Is this correct? tx
