Platinum in 2026

Curious to hear an update on platinum equity in 2026, particularly on the large cap side. Obviously there is some chop in the portfolio, but I feel like that’s sort of natural given their strategy? Curious particularly about comp, culture, and the path upwards given the “pod” model they have (obv seems team dependent but still curious to hear perspective). And anything else worth mentioning.
