Please tell me everything you know about Bain Cap

I'd be interested to know as much as possible about Bain Cap PE both in Europe and the US. Feels like it doesn't get as much coverage relative to its size on this forum. Especially interested in differentiating points vs other funds, perception in the industry, lifestyle etc. One thing that has struck me is the rep that it has a more chilled or better culture than other funds of a similar size due to its consulting heritage - could anyone back that up or bust that myth ?

At Bain US... great culture here, don't think as much for Europe. Then again idk much about European PE and it could be paradise relative to peers to take w/ grain of salt
