Private equity compensation in Germany

I am currently interviewing for an investment manager position within private equity in Germany. The fund focus on mid-market deals and has approximately EUR 300-400m under management. I am doing very well in the interview process, however, I am completely blank when it comes to private equity compensation in Germany.

Do you of you, have an idea of what a market base and bonus is for an associate and investment manager in Germany?

Thanks!
