I’d also check out private equity deals with capital allocators. The pod is industry agnostic so you hear a wide range of deals from MM/UMM/MF investors. I like it because they actually dive deep into both the mindset behind both the equity and debt story as well as give key metrics of the deal like EBITDA multiples,TAM,etc.
