What you’ll get in this virtual 3-day bootcamp

Private Equity Deals Process Course

Over 7+ hours and 150+ video lessons, this course will enable you to gain familiarity with your upcoming role as a private equity analyst or associate. We will identify your specific responsibilities throughout the course, as well as highlight ways in which you will begin to think differently to evaluate potential investment opportunities.

At the end, you should feel extremely well-versed in the cadence of a typical auction-based deal, from major milestones to go-or-no decisions, to an understanding of the breadth and depth of work required to close a deal in private equity. We will take you through each process and associated deal documents and milestones in detail.

LBO Modeling Course

We take you through a case study where we assume that the company is taken private by a consortium of private equity megafunds. With 120+ lessons and 8+ hours of video content and a detailed case study framework, you'll learn exactly how to build a detailed leveraged buyout model with critical sensitivity analysis and detailed nuances only the most veteran private equity professionals know. This course includes complex modules on the 2017 tax reform as well as bonus modules on purchase accounting in the context of an LBO, dividend recapitalizations, and how to build in a roll-up strategy into your LBO model.
