Hi,
My gf lives in a serviced apartment, and It has a great location but the building is not very well managed. I know some people working in PE Real Estate funds, and I think I could suggest them to perform some due diligence on this building/asset (or even introduce the management)
I could do it privately, as an individual (not on behalf on any company). My question is: would it be any chance of getting any referral fee for sourcing it? There are not many assets like this building and the upside is significant.
