Private Equity/Credit Firms that Offer WFH

Do you know of any UK/US-based PE/PC firms that offer WFH opportunities for more senior people in the investment team? Would love to eventually move out of the city while still being employed in a FO role

We (Hg Capital) have a 2-3 days WFH/2-3 days in office policy. Usually office is packed Tues to Thurs, few folks in on Mondays and Fridays it’s ghost town.
Most partners are based far out of London.
All that being said, I think it is unwise to not be in the office 4-5 days a week as a junior. You can swing it from principal level and beyond, but lots of learning / team building gets done in person tbh.

Thanks! I think this policy is great for juniors, and I agree with the point of showing up when starting a career. However, I cannot imagine living in London as a 50+-year-old. Would love to spend the winters in Switzerland/Italy/Austria and the summers in a warmer climate. I guess I have to save up a lot for the next 25 years...
