Public IC Memo Examples
Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone would be able to point to some good IC memo examples that are in the public domain (either released by the firm itself, come out in litigation/other means, used in LBO competitions etc.).
My firm has a pretty stringent word document format, so I just wanted some perspective on how other firms approach their IC materials creation. If there are not too many examples, where would you recommend I look for similar materials (maybe public CIMs/activist decks that focus on investment thesis and valuation).
