Quitting PE
Hey Guys going to quit my PE job in a couple of weeks once they pay out my bonus. Any advice from people who have quit after just one year ? I am leaving to another PE firm.

What advice are you looking for?
You already have another job lined up so just do your best not to burn any bridges. Might be some sour grapes leaving after one year but they’ll get over it.
Are you planning to disclose the PE firm you're moving to if they ask? What are people's advice here - is it best just to say I'm not comfortable disclosing the fund name? I assume it's best not to disclose until you actually start at your new PE firm
Just looking for advice on what to say and what to disclose and how long of a notice to give them. Also should I wait until my bonus is in my bank account ?

Two week notice but they may want you done same day. Would prepare for that

form what iv seen. disclose the bare minimum. wahtever you say will potentially be used against you with a small possibility of sabotage
