Raising Funds For two Seperate Projects

Monkeys,

I'm involved with two projects that are in fundraising so if you're looking for alternative, non-correlated investment opportunities please PM for full details.

The first is real estate investing in Brooklyn. My business partner is one of the largest, if not largest, real estate development company in Brooklyn. They are looking for new money for a new project. First year returns are around 6-7% and that takes into account the current vacancies in the complex. Second year returns are looking at upwards of 10%. If you have money in a shitty savings account or similar this is a no-brainer.

The second opportunity is for my client who is raising money to purchase life settlements from people who bought these things off of the principals that no longer want them. A few years ago, many hedge funds jumped into this arena and got burned. These are selling at pretty distressed levels - sometimes as low as 25 cents on the dollar. Many client is building a substantial portfolio of these things to hold to maturity (which in this case is death).

More detailed info on both are available upon request and I can put you directly in touch with the principals.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
