I've been looking into PE jobs at lower middle market firms, was wondering what the starting analyst salary is for firms such as RCP advisors and what the possible exits opps are?? Would it be better for long-term career to go to IB first or is lower middle market PE still great place to start? As a note, currently undergrad looking for entry level position. Any input helps, thanks
