Tried in the real estate forum, but didn’t have any luck since most of the users there work on the asset level.
Does anyone have experience interviewing at real estate / real assets / infrastructure funds that invest at the entity level (eg buying and investing in REITs or other real asset focused companies)? What is the modeling component of the interview like?
