Currently a first year analyst at a reputable boutique investment bank. Recruited this year for on/off-cycle and struck out at 3 of my top choices. Debating on whether or not I should pause recruiting and re-recruit as a 2nd year during on-cycle 2024 when I have more deal experience under my belt.
