Realistic PE Exits from Chicago MM Bank

Current summer analyst at MM Bank in Chicago (Blair/Baird/Lincoln) and am curious about what realistic exits are and what would be considered a great exit from one of these firms? If willing, I would love to know any advice or tips you would have for attacking the PE On-cycle process from not a very prestigious bank? I am confident in my technical & interviewing skills, but am wondering if it's even possible to get a shot at some of the good PE shops.
