Reasons to work in Secondary Transactions PE vs Mainstream PE?
I'm having a hard time assessing the difference between the work you perform as an analyst in Secondary Transactions PE vs Mainstream PE, in my head the ST PE one would be a Mainstream PE, but for funds and with less value drivers to create value from.
