Recent CD&R Turnover?
Was doing my usual linkedin browsing and noticed that there's been a higher amount of turnover at CD&R recently than what I think is normal for the end of an associate program. Anyone have some insight or am I reading into this too much?
They hire a billion associates and there's almost zero upward mobility given how crowded it is at all levels. Plus a couple of the industry verticals have been going through a rough patch performance-wise which hasn't helped.
Following
They hire ~25 Associates per class
Maybe 3-5 get offer to stay at 3rd year
0-1 get the opportunity to go principal track.
who makes these cuts? I assume everyone is technically there and smart enough, etc. All politics / dynamics on each team? For example of industrials is lighter up top vs healthcare, etc
