Recent Sr. Associate / VP PE & Growth Equity Searches
I know the market is incredibly tough right now, especially for mid-level hiring.
Was hoping to crowdsource some data points. Has anyone seen any recent searches for Senior Associate or VP roles in private equity or growth equity?
To be clear, I'm hoping people can share intel on searches they've seen but are not pursuing themselves (e.g., it's the wrong sector, geography, fund size, etc.).
Just trying to get a better sense of which funds and headhunters are actually active. Any visibility would be a huge help.
