Recruiting for FT MP PE?

Hi everyone,

Rising junior at a target going to a very strong group for SA. I was hoping to get a bit more information about how recruiting for MF PE works and how people have done it. I really like the group I am going to and would not mind at all doing 2 years there, but I have always wanted to be an investor and therefore I would really benefit from a PE analyst program. I have just seen the WP program coming out and it says interviews will be over the summer so I am quite concerned about risking to lose my return..

The only analyst program I would take over my offer are BX,KKR, WP therefore I am trying to think if the risk reward ratio is there. I could not ask for a better banking offer so I can focus on recruiting for PE but am really concerned about group finding out.

How has been other people experience with recruiting for MF PE after SA?
