Recruiting for PE from a Unique Boutique

Currently an analyst at a small boutique founded by rainmakers (Dyal, Incentrum, M Klein) type. Was looking to recruit for PE but haven't had any HH reach out to me. How should I approach this, and what would be potentially viable targets for recruiting given my seniors would back me up?

Similar to comment above, reach out to HHs yourself. Every single HH firm has the email (and phone number; just reach out by email) of every staff member posted on their website, so the contact info will not be hard to find at all; if the firm you're at is as reputable as you say it is (I confess that I don't know off of the top of my head where you are given your description) then it shouldn't be an issue getting responses since the HH firms are always looking to make fees. I was at a top boutique/BB (think MS M&A or GS TMT or EVR M&A or LAZ M&A) and didn't get HH emails because I didn't intern in that group the year before; I had to reach out to folks to make my presence known. You should go for something similar. Assuming your deal experience and/or how you articulate your future plans to HHs checks out, you should have no issue. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

Landing at a Unique Boutique is all about Technique;

You have to withstand Critique, maintain a Mystique, and have the right Physique;
