Hey guys- in a bit of a tough spot where I've been asked for references for a new offer but the policy of my old firm is no personal references (only HR confirmation). I can't really see a way around this and don't want to get in trouble for asking for references when I've been told it's not allowed but would the new fund are being very persistent and difficult on this point. Would appreciate any advice!
