References check before case?
Had a short call with a director, he asked for a reference and said he’d send the case after the reference. How normal is this? How long can I expect to wait after sending the reference?
People/firms will always approach process a little differently, so wouldn’t read into why at all (not worth the time/brainpower). he could simply be trying to save time by doing both reference check and case study in parallel.
