Speaking strictly PE-wise, fully remote will be a hard swing at this point. From what I can gather, it's less so from a health restriction standpoint (assuming you're in the U.S.) rather than a plain ole' supply & demand issue. Hybrid 3/2 and/or 4/1 will stand the medium-term test of time for efficiency reasons, but having employees consistently on-site is what most groups really want. With COVID now endemic and displaying parallels to the routine flu, there's no longer a requirement or incentive for employers to offer strictly at-home packages. Regardless of your feelings on the subject, upper management teams have made it clear: time to head back to the office.

My advice to you would be to aim for a 0/5 WFH split if you can but don't let it be the reason you turn down a job if offered. You'll be competing against thousands of other hungry prospects for the gig, most of whom will be more than willing to work full-time at the office. If working remotely is your only option due to extenuating circumstances, then I'll just give it to ya raw: you're starting a step down from the crowd. Not to say it isn't attainable, but it'll be a challenge.

Regardless, best of luck to you and your future endeavors. You will eventually find something out there!
