Hello fellow monkeys, are remote/hybrid roles a thing for PE/HF or are most firms back in the office (or expect to be)? I am feeling underpaid at my current shop but am not in a major finance city. Mid-senior level if that makes a difference. Has anyone moved to a fully remote role?
