Research Help: Reverse Leveraged Buyouts
I am interested in doing some research on the stock performance of reverse leveraged buyouts. I don't have access to Capital IQ or any other subscription services, so I am looking for someone to help me out with data.
Ideally, I need a list of RLBOs going back as far as possible. I am looking for someone with access to a database that would allow me to easily filter for this.
