Resources for Data Center / Infrastructure Modeling

Hello, I am pretty far along in a process with a buy-side shop to do infrastructure investing, specifically covering data centers. So I can better prepare and share resources, has anyone seen any good models or investing guides for data center or infrastructure PE?

Some good resources to throw in on the data center landscape:

  1. Green Street's global data center outlook (gold standard)
  2. Oppenheimer's initiation report on Vertiv (to understand the mechanical and electrical systems)
  3. Moffettnathanson primers on infrastructure (cable, internet, etc.)
  4. Deutsche's 2017 initiating coverage report on Equinix
