Ripplewood Holdings in trouble ?
Looks like Ripplewood is having a hard time raising a new fund according to this article:

I heard from friends that all the junior staff has been told to look for new jobs. Any other funds in similar trouble ?
I know this is an old post but anyone have insights into Ripplewood / Tim Collins today? How respected are these guys?
The fact that you needed to dig until 2009 to find any relevant posts on Ripplewood should tell you all you need to know about this firm. You have firms like One Rock hamming up their 'spinout' from Ripplewood as if it were KKR or something similar, which I find to be hilarious. Ripplewood hasn't existed since 2013/2014 to my knowledge and it's at best a small family office.
