I interviewed with a 2 year old start-up in NY/SF/CHI that has raised ~$2m from Angels including 500 Startups and a few other VC's. They have about ~20 employees and are growing.
Was wondering what one could expect as a salary for an entry level Research/Data Analyst type positiion? Is it common to include equity in total compensation for entry level? If not, is that negotiable?
In summary, whats your best guess of salary/equity for an entry level guy (1 yr exp) at a growing start up with 20 employees and $2m in funding?
