Samwer Book

I think I mentioned this in a thread before, but I saw again today that someone on another site was requesting it: I have a pdf version of Oliver Samwer's dissertation on founding a company. If anyone is interested in this, I am more than happy to send it to you via email or upload it somwhere so that people can download it.
