Wondering for those who started their own fund or sourced their own deal (in the LMM space) how did you go about it?
Thinking about leaving my current role and would ideally find a small company to buy that I can get in the weeds and operate as well as opposed to being a financial buyer.
Welcome any thoughts, pros & cons, do's & dont's, etc.
